NZ and Fiji

here we come...we are planning our honeymoon this winter, end of dec-early jan. So far, all we have booked are our flights! Anyone have suggestions for amazing and beautiful places to visit/stay, especially in Fiji. We are looking in the $400-700 per night range, and realize that by crossing NYE we need to book fast. As it stands the few places we looked so far did not have available rooms.
