NYC Diamond Vendor Summer Hiatus?

Munchkin asked this question and I too need an answer. I was hoping by starting a new thread maybe it would have more visibility.

Does anyone have any idea when the dealers in NYC shutdown/leave for the summer?

I have been searching the web all day and there is no info anywhere.

I thought about just calling a vendor, but I don''t want the "oh, what are looking for" right now. I''m too confused to give them a decent answer. I just want to go and look and hopefully fall in love with something I have to have.
