I quit smoking almost a year and a half ago...and it definitely was a lot harder than I was ready for...but today I''ve never felt better, and there arn''t even those days that I feel like "man I really need to smoke". It just kinda makes me sick really....
And my teeth are a lot whiter!!
Keep up the good work...There will be huge payoffs in the end
Congratulations...I remember being two weeks out, and how proud of myself I was.
It was hard...but I used the patch, and once I quit, I never had one again...it''s now been 7 months. Although, if I''m being honest, I still find myself missing it when things are stressful....
But, seriously, keep up the good work...the first 21 days are killer, but after that, it gets easier.
I am so proud of you, and seriously if you stay with it, best decision of your life. I quit about a year and a half ago, and I thank myself everyday for doing so. It is super hard, but sooooo worth it! Keep up the good work.
you guys are so awesome I do feel different, I have a lot more energy, my appetite has decreased (I know it normally is the opposite but i''m not complaining lol), Intense headaches like you wouldnt believe and I''ve been a lot more cranky and irritable but SO thankfully is understanding. I try to catch myself if I''m about to snap at him. Also I''ve been craving sugar a lot so he bought some hard candies home for me to suck on, I''ve gone through a ton already!! Also I''ve only been getting 3-5 hours of sleep at night. I know all the negative stuff will go away soon, I just wish it would happen now!!! haha Thanks for the support
