YIKES. Does Leviev just have their own stores or do they also supply other jewelers with diamonds?

He's one of the biggest suppliers out there currently. He does have a rep for being kind of a gangster (personal security team you would not believe, apparently), but this is the first I've heard of rape or torture by his security firms. I know his politics - conservative/aggressive Israeli - can bring him in for criticism from human rights orgs, but funding expansion in Gaza seems a magnitude of difference, somehow. (Not saying I approve of his politics, btw - but it does seem like there's an additional dimension of criminality/corruption when you're not acting in conjunction with a government policy. Debate the philosophy of that amongst yourselves.) Hope somebody with more in-depth info will post - possibly worth moving this to RockyTalk where more of the pro's will stumble across it?
