Need job dust and good vibes!

I have a second job interview with a retail store this evening after work!I need the dust and vibes from the forum members.Found out yesterday that ive been the top sales associate in the district(65 sales people)for 16 months running and while Ive been also doing the assistant managers job since he quit i still cant get a raise past $8.50 an hour!This job would be as an assistant manager for a finantially healthy company that is closed on Sundays!So i need all the dust i can get!Thanks!

Thanks for the additional dust!
I met with the manager of the store after work and the interview seemed to go well.We discussed management styles, she showed me around the store and she said she would call me back before Friday after she talked with the District Manager. That should give enough time for the job dust and good vibes to kick in!
