Indeed my musical taste never left the 80''s! LOL
So much so when we ever have a get together at our house, it is now a prerequisite that my ipod is used for the soundtrack. Both old and young love the cheesy sounds of my teenage years!

My parents host a party at their Cape Cod house every year to welcome the summer season!

This year it''s "Totally Awesome 80''s Night" so I''m getting the soundtrack together. Oh yeah, did I mention I also have to bartend?

That horrible blurry pic (from my phone) is my new engagement ring. The center stone is being switched out tomorrow, but tonight I'm going to Best Buy to get a cord for my digital camera (lost my old one when we moved) and take some good pictures of it.

I can't wait to share with everyone and FINALLY have my own SMTR thread!

I''m more than a little excited. Tomorrow I''m dropping it off at the jeweler''s. It won''t take long to get the stone in, and then I''ll be snapping away. My daughter and I went to the beach today and I got some "props" for my shoot. Haha!
