Really, I am at an utter loss of words. RT, I am SO sorry you're going through this. Absolutely unbelievable. I'm not sure what you can do in the US, but do you have a human/labour rights commission that can intervene?

Praying you find an alternate position soon. What a douchebag - how miserable his life must be.

Hi! Sorry you are having to endure this at the moment! I am not one to suffer in silence and I would have already said something to this idiot. I know sometimes it is difficult, but if you are not a confrontational person perhaps you can use some visualization techniques so you can get some internal joy by the way this jerk acts at work. I'm laughing even thinking about some of the comedic material you could come up with.

The last woman I worked with was completely insane. One minute she would be completely maniac, the next minute happy, the next minute screaming at me. I said something to her once to the effect of "I don't know who you think your talking to lady...". She apologized but it was long before she was up to her old tricks. This is where the fiction came in. On her good days she was **back on her meds**, bad days **back on the drink**, **hubby kicked her out**, *hit a puppy on the way to work**....you get the picture. I know it sounds ridicolous, but by focusing the energy elsewhere it allowed me to avoid internalizing and taking the behavior personally.

Some people are just damaged and have no business in the gene pool.
