Mum and Dad were taking our dog for a walk last week and came across an injured dog. He followed them a little and mum didn''t have the heart to leave him - he was out on a country road and clearly homeless or lost. They took him home and cleaned him up. We put up pictures at the local shop etc, and on the internet, but nobody has claimed him, and there''s no lost advertisments anywhere.
He is a great little puppy, we guess about 6 months or less, but very well behaved and easy to train. Loads of energy. Has a habit of chewing through electrical wires, but he is learning.
We have had a little jack russel terrier for the past 9 years - typical territorial, fussy little terrier - who was initially very unimpressed with the new addition, but now they get along great.
So, long story short, they figure they''re stuck with him!
And they need a name. Our own dog is Kim, so they want something that doesn''t sound too similar. Something short and easy to say. We''ve come up with Sam, Max and Jack so far, but none of those seem to be perfect. My favourite is Monty. Mum''s not quite convinced...
Look at this little guy! What name comes to mind?
