The home owners are just awesome people -- our good feeling about them was right! They took money off the price for repairs, and we did the P&S yesterday, so this is definitely moving forward! The closing is in a month

We are just so excited about this house!

So now we have to sell our condo. We posted on craigslist the other day (trying to sell on our own at first), and someone cam this morning to look at it, and amazingly enough he''s really interested in it, and is coming by later this week with his parents to take a second look! It just would be too perfect if the condo selling happened this quickly ... trying not to get our hopes up, but so far (knock wood), this whole process has just gone ridiculously smoothly for us! I hope I''m not jinxing us by saying that ... (wehre''s that fingers crossed emoticon?!)

So, yes more fairy dust if there''s any left over, please! I know it''s been a busy week or two with fairy dust sprinkling here on PS!
