"My Profile" is missing...how to change avatar?

I have been searching for a way to change my avatar for weeks and when I go into the Help file, it says to click on the "my Profile" link at the top of the page...except it isn''t there.

I can get to my profile through any posts I have made and the Profile button there, but it doesn''t let me do anything to my profile. Help? The little red msn man is getting to me.

You will see a Red Question mark ? saying Msg Admin, let them know and they will help you

Clicking on "Personal Section" (under the search box) doesn''t bring up your editable profile?
