My poor Amber needs dust again!

When I got in from work on Thursday evening I found a lump on Amber''s mammary region-she had a carcinoma removed from there in 2005 and had been clear since then. She had it removed yesterday morning and there''s a *slight* chance that there''s a tiny secondary in her lung field. Can you send her lots of healing dust please as this dog is absolutely fantastic and I''m just hoping that it hasn''t spread. Thank you!

Thank you so much everyone-I''m just off to work now so will try and reply more later. I''m really hoping that it''s not a tumour-basically there is something showing up in her lungs and it could either be a tumour (worst case scenario-although it is tiny at the moment) or just fibrosis of a bronchiole. Hopefully it''s option B. We did an ultrasound on her as well but it was too small to pick up. Luckily the vets I work for understand how much I panic so they''re doing everything that they can! Thanks again everyone.
