Yes! It's unheard of for a landlord here in Hawaii to let two people and a cat live in a studio advertised as for one person. It's beautiful. It's in a safe area. The house has a value of $750k according the tax records. Our rent is $850. This includes electricity. This is easily the best deal we've found in ten years of living here.

I might say something to him if it happens again. Or I might do what I did this time and wait it out.

I'll consider leaving only if she moves in but even then finding a another place for us let alone at this price let alone a beautiful place where we like living might be impossible. This is a small, overpriced island. It's not a renters' market.

All joking aside - maybe being obnoxious during their lovemaking (or whatever it is) isn't quite the best way to go about it. Maybe just giving a knowing look and making it clear that sound travels without being specific would be a good idea. This one may be gone, but I think maybe he just needs to know. If he still does it, what can you do? lol But maybe he is ignorant about it? Maybe he thinks because he doesn't hear anything from you guys that it's soundproof?
