My BMs just got their dresses. They''re part of the Ann Taylor celebrations line, and we fell in love with them instantly! And, since it was the end of the season and they''re about to bring in their new dresses, the girls got them on sale for $65! I love them, and the girls looks great! Also, they were able to choose the style that they each liked the most.

Here''s the strapless dress:

And here''s the v-neck version:

That''s great! What a steal! They are cute!

They''re adorable! It definitely doesn''t hurt that they were a great price to boot. Very exciting!

I love it!! And I''m going to have to send that over to my bf so that she can use that as our bm dresses

The dress she choose is awful and luckily they only have one size left so she needs to go shopping again

Those are gorgeous! What a great find!

You definitely should! We had to search for sizes at a few different stores since they were on clearance, and they only came in dark blue, light blue and sage green, but I think they're going to have new colors with their new line. My sister is so excited (she chose the strapless style) because it's a dress she's planning on wearing again! That was my goal :)

Also... they fit the girls so well (they're all different shapes and sizes) that only two of them need VERY few alterations.

Thanks, I''m very excited about them. I''m actually a little jealous that I don''t get to wear one :)

Those are my bridesmaids dresses too!! I gave my girls the option of those two dresses and also the Cameron (which I think they've since sold out of) in the cornflower blue. I too figured they could pick what dress they were most comfortable in out of the three. I have to admit that I am a tiny bit bummed that all four chose the same dress (the v-neck) because I was really digging the idea of not everyone looking exactly the same. But that's what they were all the most comfortable in, so that's what really counts. Plus, I could care less what shoes they wear or how they do their hair on the day, so they won't look like total clones of each other at least.

I loved that the fabric of these AT dresses is A LOT nicer than most bridesmaid dress fabrics. That was really important to me. And I agree with you that the dresses seemed to fit better from the outset than traditional bm dresses(probably because you can actually try on a range of sizes before you buy) which means less alteration costs for my ladies as well.

We didn't get quite as good a price as you at first (we did get them on sale, I think for around $115). BUT, I noticed the recent price drop and notified my friends. Since we were still in the 90-day return period, the girls whose sizes were still in stock could return the dress for free and get another one at the super discount price. So that's another thing awesome about Ann Taylor bridesmaids dresses- you can return them and re-buy when they go on sale!!

The only thing I don't like about the v-neck dress is the butt bow you get in back when you tie the sash-ends. Women near the age of 30 shouldn't be wearing bows on their back, in my opinion. So, I think maybe we'll just tie the sash in a square knot and let the ends hang down.

Anyway, good choice on the bridesmaids dresses! When is your wedding? If it's before mine (May 09) I'll be interested to see how they look on your girls on the day!

ETA: Is it just me, or does this photo of the v-neck dress in the cornflower that you posted not really do the dress justice? I think the photo of the dress in the darker blue on the AT website is a lot better depiction of what it really looks like. This model wearing the cornflower blue is posing strangely which makes the bodice of the dress lay kind of askew. When I show people photos of my bm dresses, I show the photo of the dark blue dress and then just say that we're getting it in a lighter blue. Sorry, bit of a rant!

You''re right, the picture of the v-neck one doesn''t look as good as it does in person. When I first looked the pictures up on their website, I wasn''t even sure if that was the right one!

My wedding isn''t until July, so I guess I''ll get to see your pictures first :) I only had one of my 3 BMs choose the v-neck dress, and two are going to wear the strapless. I feel the same way as you about the shoes and hair... I told the girls to get whatever silver shoes they wanted. I think peep toe pumps would be adorable with the strapless dress, but i know my MOH at least is planning to wear strappy heels.

I''m glad you found these great dresses too, I was so happy that my BMs didn''t have to buy something that none of us really loved!

Those dresses are so comfortable! I just wore one in a wedding last weekend, I wore the V neck along with another girl, and others wore the strapless. They''re beautiful, and nice and light. Great choice! You''re right - they fit all body types and are very flattering.
