BTW this is a really weird question- do any of your cats ''talk'' to each other? It''s not meowing- it''s like this strange CLICKING noise. I tried to get it on video but you can''t hear it good enough... it''s the strangest thing ever! It''s when we are playing with the laser pointer they do it and it''s like this clicking noise they talk to each other in!

My kitties do this when they see something outside and are interested in it. Bugs and birds, usually. If you look up bengal cats on youtube, there are TONS of videos of them clicking. It''s apparently pretty common!
Doodle - What a great post! I love pussy cats. They are super. All of this is true! I call the cat''s getting up time cats-o-clock. Because it changes depending on what time we have to get up. Usually about an hour after we fall asleep or have to get up. And they are in cahoots. They never wail and go out at the same time - oh no. That would be too easy and DH and I would get lazyDate: 5/8/2009 6:32:49 PM

HAHAHAHAHA! I think Matilda might be my Bentley''s soul mate! My cat''s odd animal preferences:
1. Wake-up time is 6:30 am, even though the alarm clock is set for 7. He believes that eyes open=awake, so if you don''t wake up when he demands, he puts his paws on your eyebrows and pushes up so that he opens your eyes for you. He thinks he''s doing you a favor. A morning with Bentley generally goes something like this.
2. Bentley believes himself to be a stunning typist, infinitely better than myself or my husband. For this reason, if your hands are on a keyboard, so are Bentley''s paws.
3. The box fan in our bedroom is not for air circulation. It is Bentley''s portal to stardom, and he is Michael Jackson. DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE MAKING OF HIS MUSIC VIDEO. He gets disgruntled!
4. Bentley requires the same amount of bed space as anyone else in the bed, and if you dare enter his space, he will kick you off the bed.
5. There''s no such thing as a solo. If you''re singing, Bentley''s singing.
6. Water must be perfectly lukewarm. Once the water goes in his bowl, he glares at you until he feels a sufficient amount of time has passed to let his water get to the proper temperature. At this point, he checks it, and if it''s not right, he expects a refill. He lets you know this by sticking his foot in the water and flinging it at you until you get tired of him making a mess.
7. Litter=confetti, and potty time is party time.
8. He thinks his name is ''Chicken.'' I kid you not, this cat will come running from anywhere in the house if he hears you say ''chicken.''
Hehehe! Thanks for sharing! I love how odd cats are, and that cat in the pictures is so cute!
