Wedding MOH needs a new dress. Please help. PLEASE.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP LADIES!

Okay so... MOH ordered her dress last week. Miscommunication happened with the bridal shop when she spoke to them. She thought they said they could have it for her in a couple of weeks. They need a couple of months. Dress would need to be double rushed to get here in time for wedding and so MOH has now decided to try and cancel the order. So she will shortly be in need of a new dress.

Here's what we need.
Off the rack
Black
Tea Length (not floor length, cocktail would be okay)
With Straps
Dropped Waist A-line preferred
Size 8-10
Under $150

And no lace (my gown is lace and I don't want them to clash) and no tafetta (MOH's request).

She's in Jackson, Mississippi so I don't know what department stores are out there. Anyplace with free shipping would be great though.

Can you ladies please help me find her something to wear?

I was just going to suggest WHBM. They have great stuff and a reasonable price. Is there one near where your MOH lives?

Miracles, I agree those aren't my favorites, but since so many dresses need to be seen and tried on to be appreciated, I figured I'd include them so that she would get an idea of what's out there.

I'm ordering the rehearsal dress in a couple of weeks... that's to give me enough time to try to make it to the store and try it on.
