I THOUGHT I WAS GOING INSANE! I was just watching that, and I thought it looked awfully familliar, like Miracles'' daughter''s dress, but I attributed that to too much time spent on PS.

The dress is GORGEOUS, as usual.

I went to an early pilates class to make sure I was home in time to watch Say Yes to the Dress at 8pm. Instead, I got that Rock the Wedding (?) show. I think it aired at 7pm in Toronto

Well, if that wasn't bad enough now I find out I missed Miracles' daughter's dress

She really was! I thought she was so cute, and the salespeoples'' reactions to her slightly overbearing and constant presence was so refreshing- they seemed so nice! I wonder if Say Yes to the Dress is always that sweet... I''ve never seen it before tonight [and that''s the day this dress was on, go figure!].

I told FI..oh my God that''s the dress from PS that the was messed up and they had to fix! Haha. Anyway, it looked gorgeous and it was nice to see another view of it!! Beautiful!!

Accckkkk!!! I want to see it!! We just got back from the fitting and I was that overbearing presence.

The snarky sales manager wasn''t there tonight so that was refreshing. I just called my daughter and told her she had to FIND THAT SHOW!!! She said she never even heard of it

lauralu: Good Eye!! Thanks for the heads up!! She is searching to see if she can find the show to record, but it''s already 7:39 p.m. our time. But I will stay up just to see that dress on a show.

blondebunny: I''m usually a hoot!! Really, truly ...until somebody really pisses me off, then it''s hard to show my funny side. I just get annoyed. Tonight I was pretend fighting with the dress. Punching it to smash it down a little. It''s starting to take on too much poof.

Blinky, Wishful, Sarah: Thank you for reminding me of how beautiful the dress is, because tonight I was really not loving it at all. I am just sad that I have to be the one down there with crinoline and pins, and I am not getting paid for it....I paid for it. HUGE difference. Oh well, a Mom has to do, what a Mom has to do. I knew that 4 hour easy labor I had was going to have to be balanced sometime. I think that time is now.

Yayayaayaya, she found out the show is on in 15 minutes so she is going to Tivo it. I wonder if it shows on regular cable. I want to see it.

Was Michelle Roth there? I would like to meet her again in person.

That chick probably had to go back in 10 times just to get the dress to fit right. I think our 7th fitting wil be this Thursday.

I can't wait to see the end so I can see how this dress fits her. They are only teasing me right now.

ETA: Okay I just saw the end. I think I am going to have my daughter try on the dress without the petticoat now. The dress also had a longer torso on the girl in the show. But it doesn't matter, my daughter is going to be beeeee-uuuuuu-ti-ful on her wedding day!!

Yep, that was definately my daughter''s dress!! Of course, I am a liitle bias toward my daughter, so I think it''s going to look better on my kid.

And I can tell you one thing....the service at Kleinfeld''s is a lot better than the service at Here Comes The Bride. But then again, it might just be our bad luck that we have this particular consultant. And of course, because we can''t communicate with the seamstress.

I have to say that I really like some of the other consultants in the salon. They aren''t all bad.

yah! im glad yall found it...it was seriously the weirdest thing.. reading ur bio mirascle...and FF fell asleep so i decided to put on the show and as SOON as I saw the dress I went to post a new thread but one was already there.. its going to look a million times better on ur daughter!!

I just looked at her sample try on pictures and I think that the fact that my daughters dress didn''t come with a long enough torso for her body, it was one of three main things that really made it fit a lot different than when she tried the sample on and was clipped. But ::::shrugs:::: what''s done is done. She is okay with the dress as it is, but she isn''t crying for joy like she was with the sample dress. If we had to do it all over again, we would have ordered custom. I think the sample dress was a size 10, so it naturally came with a longer torso.

(I felt better tonight, because some girls were watching me go back and forth with the bustle, and they said "Hey, when you pay for that kind of dress, it should be perfect". I felt like it was their way of acknowledging that I was doing all the right things to make it look right)

Maybe I should change professions......NOT!!
