I just heard! That`s terrible. Out of hospital cardiac arrests have quite a low chance of survival.

TMZ is saying it was cardiac arrest, he required CPR, and his mother is on her way to the hospital. 911 call came it an 12:21 pst.

On a side note: Does anyone still believe that was him in Japan a few months back? Not me.

I am so shocked, I''m like shaking! I''m not a huge MJ fan or anything but he just seems like one of those people that "aren''t supposed to die", as weird as that sounds. And I feel awful because I made a joke about it on FB about 20 minutes ago.

I erased it.

Side note, but DH''s response was "so what...people die". It drives me fricken CRAZY that he is never shocked or moved by anything involving celebrities.

Honestly, he really freaks me out, but it''s still a shock to hear this. He has some fairly young children- you can''t help but wonder what happens to them now.

Lucky, your DH and I would get along well in this regard. I'm always suprised at how attached people become to celebrities.

We've just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50. Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.Jackson had 13 number one hits during his solo career.Story developing...

I don''t think it matters what "most think" about the allegations, especially at this time. The man has suffered his entire life, regardless of whether the accusations are true or not. I feel sorry for his children no matter what the case.
