Meowbify? Add cats to any unsuspecting website!

I just came across an odd website that adds cats to non-cat website:

It's really weird!

This sparked an idea...

If only I knew how to create an app. I would make an app that translates meows into English(or any other language for that matter) It would obviously be cooler if it really worked, but even as a gag Id make millions!
