What a beautiful clip - such amazing zest, spirit and love for life! There's definitely a lesson in there for me about focussing on the positives in your situation, rather than the restrictions you face. Thank goodness for pets (and children - when they're in good form!) for reminding us of the simple joys and possibilities in life.

I love the dodo! Oh man, that video had the waterworks flowing. It is so inspiring to see people that value life in all forms! Animals are so amazing and I was so moved by the love and care of Scooty by his mom. Thanks for posting, Missy. What a happy distraction from the depressing political scene. I actually just watched it again without the tears so I could see how happy Scooty really is Very touching.

Oh that brought tears to my eyes - what a great story and what a happy dog! That dog really reminds me of my Rhonda, and the journey she went through from being paralyzed to learning to walk again (she didn't look nearly that happy doing it though).

Thanks for reading the story. It made me tear up also. Animals are so amazing. They never feel sorry for themselves and they just have a can do attitude and so they do. Wish we could save them all. But one step at a time and hoping each state in the USA (and around the world) can become no kill states because every homeless (domestic) animal deserves a loving home and a safe secure life.
