May I ask for some PS Dust???

Long ago my parents bought a duplex when they separated so that I could be close to both of them. Bad idea. My mom's a witch and I lived with my dad and hardly saw her anyway. Fast forward several years. My mom pushed for an official divorce to get $$$$ from my dad. He had an amazing lawyer and my mom's lawyer was an idiot The LAST step in the divorce is to sell their duplex. My dad has an amazing townhouse on hold and if the buyers of the duplex can get the financing they need then all is a go! I am beyond excited for him. PS dust helped me get my job (even if it was just psychological ) so I'm hoping that (once again, even if it's just psychological) that PS dust can help my dad begin this whole new chapter in his life.

Perhaps I don't understand correctly but you ask dust for your father's futur and not for your mother? This is probably a situation I can't understand cause my english in not so good.
