I''ve got less than 2 weeks to go before the big day! I''m a total stress ball. The financial crisis in the markets has a huge impact on my job, and I''ve been working crazy hours in the past week - this week looks to be no different. So, I''m not getting much sleep nor am I able to recuperate from intense stress levels at work.

Add to that a bunch of anxiety that anything and everything will go awry on the wedding day. I''m trying to focus, relax, breathe, etc. I got a massage yesterday, I''ve started taking lots of vitamins and drinking green tea. But it''s not helping, as I''ve been having a lot of wedding-related nightmares.

I feel like I''ll never get packed, my apartment will never be clean, I''ll be up all night finishing projects this coming week, and I just won''t have a clear head before the wedding. I feel like I''m drowning

Take time out to physically relax your body and you'll be able to handle things much better. Then list + delegate tasks = happy bride!

You can do it!

Oops, just noticed you DID get a massage! Keep up that deep breathing! You can do it! List list list! Delegate delegate delegate! Go girl go!

Thanks for the encouragement Indy! I think maybe exercise would help - maybe I''ll wear out my body as well as my mind - could help me sleep better ...

I just sent a few things to my mom to tackle. Did I mention that we also have to file for D''s green card authorization the day we get back from the honeymoon, so that there isn''t a huge gap of time when he can''t work due to his visa expiring on Dec 31? So that has added other things to the list that we weren''t contemplating a couple of weeks ago.

I hope that you are feeling better and that your twins stop giving you a right scare! You are a very good mom to put them first.

Awwww....
Aw, thank you!!

I also love that episode of Family Guy :)

Hey Krissie, more hugs. Have you made a physical list of all these to-do items, to get them out of your head and down on paper? That always seems to help me. Also, I would not worry about keeping your apt. clean. Of all the things going on in your life, I would say that one could temporarily slide. Hope the exercise helps! It always helps me.

Sorry Krissie, hope things work out for you! Just have a nice bubble bath.

It''ll be here soon enough and be beautiful!

Krissie! Hugs! You can do this, it will be awesome!
woooooooohooooooo, almost married lady!

I think the key is to just motor through this week at work, even if it means 14 hr days. That will then give me 3 normal days before we drive to KY (10 hrs). Deep breaths! Love you all!
