Wedding Mac makeup trial pics!

So I went for my makeup trial with MAC today. Overall, I''m really happy. I love the way it looks with my eyes open, but this is my first time with false lashes and I''m not quite sure how much I love the look with my eyes closed. I know it''s not the usual "natural" bridal look, but that isn''t me anyways.

So what do you think? Are the lashes too much?

Oh, and I totally love the girl who did my makeup! She didn''t make me buy the makeup for the trial, I''ll only have to do that for the day of (of course I had to pay for the lashes though, those are separate)!

Oh, and please excuse the lip liner. I will be asking her not to use that on the day of. I wasn''t sure about this lip color (there was one that was slightly darker with a bit more berry tone to it that I was considering, and she thought adding the liner to the lighter color would make me like it more). Looking at the pictures though, I definitely like the lighter lip color, just not with the liner.

GASP!!!!

I love it! The eyeshadow is gorgeous. I personally like the lashes a lot but I'm a fake lashes girl. I always wear them for special occasions. I know what you mean with the eyes closed thing, but I don't think your eyes will be closed in any of the pics so I wouldn't worry about it. I think fake lashes really make eyes pop in pictures. Its not for everyone and you really pull it off well.

I love the look. You have my inspiration makeup.

ETA: I think you should use a lighter liner instead of nixing it altogether. Liner helps keep the color in place. You can also have the makeup artist fill in your whole lip with the liner, then layer lipstick on top. The color will last longer.

Oh, and I just wanted to add that your skin looks so radiant. They did a great job.

Don''t you just love MAC?? I think those lashes look fantastic on you. They really accentuate your eyes, which will make photography look great. They are going to look great with pictures. Keep them! I remember when I went to MAC for my trial, she made me look so trashy, I wanted to cry. On the wedding day, I was so scared of looking extremely made-up, I did my own make-up and I think I could have gone a bit heavier. Oh well!

Awe, thanks everyone! It''s now evening and the makeup has still held up pretty well, although I did get a little shiny (I''ll have to make sure to buy the magic powder she used to cover up my horrible complexion). FI really doesn''t like the lashes, but they are still growing on me, so I think I''m going to stick with them!

Any other opinions on the lashes? I won''t be hurt if you are honest, I promise!

Oh, I love it! I ditto everyone who said to stick with the fake lashes. They makes your already beautiful eyes pop just that much more. Your pictures are going to be so pretty!

I think the makeup is fabulous!! You look fantastic.

In my honest opinion though, the lashes are a bit much for a wedding. You can still achieve long and fuller looking lashes with MAC mascara. Trust me...and I have stubby ones. Maybe even a different type of fake lashes?

Oh and my FI didn''t ever like the fake ones on me either! I''m telling you, the MAC lady made my eyes stand out JUST as much without the fake lashes. My makeup trial pics are on here and I''m not wearing lashes.

Thanks everyone! Freke, she used 4 different shades of purple to achieve what she called an overall "plum" look, but I didn''t look at any of the actual names. I can ask her when I go back though!
