Long day yesterday. Got home late. Big guilt trip about ignoring kitties. Played with them for an hour, took them out for a walk, played with them for another hour. About 10:00 p.m. I decided that I needed some dinner. After pulling them out of the dishwasher 5 times and out of the fridge 3 times, I turned my back for a mere second and into the microwave they went. Snapped a few poor shots just as camera batteries were dying. After they left the kitchen, they proceeded to dismantle the living room. As I was wearily trying to reassemble the room, I noticed the eery silence. A lightening bolt of cold fear shot thru me -- silence in a house with Savannah cats usually means they''re experimenting with tools. "Where are the cats?" I shouted at hubby -- "saw them going down the hall". Into the master bedroom I dash to find they had put themselves to bed -- under the covers with their furry heads in the middle of my pillow. Just when I was thinking of taking them for a one-way trip into the country, they go and pull the cute card. LOL.
