Long weekend plans?

So does anybody have exciting plans this weekend? It''s a long weekend here in the US for Memorial Day, but feel free to chime in so we can see what PSers all over the world are doing!

It''s a busy weekend here. BF and I are going on a hike, going to a baseball game (minor league), hosting a party, and on top of that I''m painting my dining room and doing my taxes. Should be fun (well, not the taxes...but finding out what my return should be will be nice!).

We have two cookouts planned with different family members, my grandparents are in town from MO and my upgrade should be ready for pick up

I have Monday off so I''m thinking about catching up on some sleep too.

DH and I also really need to start babyproofing for real. Our little guy is into everything

Hubby works this weekend so I''m going to have a "it''s all about me" weekend -- meeting with my decorator about redoing the bedroom in luscious Hollywood Regency style; getting a pedicure; movies & lunches with gal pals; setting up and playing with my new laptop.

BF''s birthday is on Sunday. We''re hoping that people will come over tomorrow, but it sounds like a lot of people won''t be able to make it.

I have the worst luck trying to have get togethers for BF, I hope he''s happy if it''s just the two of us.
We''re going to try and fly kites, eat pie and also go to see some bands we like.

later we are firing up the grill for salmon, corn and asparagus.

just the 4 of us. Sunday taking DS to Dallas for a flight
to Norway. He''s going to summer school there.
