Anyone have any PS dust to spare? Pretty please?

We are trying to buy a house and hopefully hopefully hopefully it will work out! We''re probably going to make another offer today (we''ve been going back and forth for several weeks with the seller) and I think it could actually happen...hopefully! I would greatly appreciate any and all PS dust, good luck vibes, prayers, St. Joseph statues rubbed, etc.!

I hope I''m not jinxing it by talking about it, but me and my fiance think this house is great for us and I want it so badly! (To give you an indicator of just how badly I want it, I''m thinking I might have to get a plain wedding band instead of one with diamonds and I''m pretty much okay with that!

No news yet-apparently the seller is going to look at the house *she* wants to buy tomorrow, and we're going to talk to her realtor after that and make another formal offer. (I think her realtor thinks that after seeing the house she really wants she'll be more willing to deal! I'm pretty sure he knows she's asking too much for her house!)

So feel free to keep the dust coming and thank you all again!

ETA I'll try to post pics if we get it...I don't want to jinx it! (Yes I am totally superstitious!)
