Wedding let''s try this again: what color shoes?

sorry about the last one.....

my shower is this weekend and i was able to find a super cute donna ricco dress at macys on clearance ($52!) - but i don''t have any shoes to go with it. clothes and shoes aren''t something that i ever spend money on (as my discretionary income is $0), so this is a bit of a splurge. I don''t have a lot of time, so i am just going to run to the area malls tomorrow, but i really want to get a pair of cute heels in a fun color - so the question is...yellow or turquoise (or other)?

I like the dress, it''s really pretty! Have to say though, I''d personally go for white shoes. I love the ones in the first link SDL posted, I think something like that would look great with your dress.

It''s so funny, before I saw your choice for colors, I thought yellow. It is so hard to "match" your dress, so I say go all out and wear fun, funky shoes that make a statement.

hehe thank you! i love the dress too. i NEVER wear anything low cut/revealing so i am a little nervous to debut it. but it definitely make me feel all grown''d up

thanks everyone else for your input! I was originally leaning toward yellow, but due to the horrible lack of cute yellow AND turquoise shoes in the area i think i am going to have to expand my horizons

. i have some nice white sandals that are my backup plan.....

i wish that i had thought of this a few weeks ago! then i would have had time to look around online (and elicit the help of certain online friends) and order something. stupid stuid stupid!
