The venue we are looking at lets us have the dance until 1am and last call is at 12:30.
it''s been awhile since i''ve been to a waiting...is this pretty normal, strict, or relaxed?
just curious if i should keep looking for a different place with different time restrictions...
keep in mind the wedding will be in fargo nd lol so it''s not like the party can move to a bar or anything, maybe an after party? (my family are huge partiers...only at weddings though haha, not sure why that is)
thanks for reading!

Also I am so confused, where the heck does it say on here how many people can fit? Is it the category called "classroom"? they should just write "here''s how many people can be stuffed in here"
haha

I think last call at 12:30 sounds fine. Its probably to help everyone get a little more sober to drive home.

Well the late night partiers will most likely be my relatives and they will all be in blocked off rooms of the hotel, so I''m not too terribly concerned about that, plus my father doesn''t drink and always offers to be d.d. if for who knows what reason someone needs to drive

Classroom, rounds, U-shape etc. are all ways of setting your tables up. The numbers below each option are representative of how many people can fit in the room with that specific set up.

I think each of the colums is explaining a seating "arrangement" and number in said column is the amount of people that seating arrangement can hold.

Ex. The first row, that room is 7300 sq feet, and if you were to use "rounds" then it would seat 630 ppl.

Yes, that's correct. Theater is set up like the seats in a movie theater. Classroom is set up like rows of seats in a classroom. Rounds is round tables. The number of people who will fit differs depending on how you want your seating/tables set up. Presumably you want round tables, so 630 people in the ballroom .

Also, most of the time several of the "salons" can be combined into one space to fit more people. Talk to the venue.

Thank you guys! I don''t know what I would do without you girls lol
