OK, we are coming over your house, sweet Whitby.



We are painting the family room and were just going to do something quick.



Although my hubby LOVES salmon, I hate it, ha ha ha. May I please substitute a chicken breast??? I will bring it.

ooohhh - do come! that would give me an excellent excuse to crack a wonderful bottle of australian chardonnay i have!


and it will go beautifully with the chicken, apple and walnut salad i''m going to make you

FINALLY got our grill cleaned, so we''re grilling petite filets, along with some baked/broiled gorgonzola cheese polenta and some prosciutto wrapped asparagus spears.

I made herb encrusted salmon with this pasta: Spinach & Feta Pasta Made it with bowties and it was sooooooo good!

Oh! and a Fennel and Arugula salad which was also very yummy!
