ladies, do you ever leave the house w/o putting on makeups?

I never wear makeup, so I leave the house all the time without it on.

I never wear makeup. Most is a dot of concealer if I''ve got a pimple. All I could bring myself to wear for my wedding was a little concealer, lipstick, mascara, and a smidge of eye shadow. I put that much on about once a year.
I''d much rather sleep 5 min longer in the morning!

Hello--Newbie here.

Let me tell you a short little story about going out without make-up.

One Sunay morning my husband i were going out to breakfast. I got up, made a pot of tea and sat dowon to have some before we went out. I didn''t think much about it, just drew a comb thru my hair, put on a velour track suit {shame, shame}, swiped on some lip gloss and went out.

We were eating when we noticed another patron screaming and yelling and being totally rude to the waitress. My husband is the type of guy who will always stick up for the underdog so he kept his eye on the girl an her tormenter. She was VISIBLY upset. She came over to us a couple of times to take our order and deliver the food and we told her not to worry, we were regulars and would talk to the manage for her. He came over to our table and my husband rather emphatically told him to get away and leave the girl alone.

Well, all of a sudden we have cameras in our faces and John Quionones from "What Would You Do?" was at out table. Apparently this was a set up for the new season.

So picture it--I''m sitting there totally unmade up, hair barely brushed in a track suit. yeah, I really wanted to be on TV.

I kept telling them to get their f-ing cameras out of my face, I wouldn''t sign a release and would sue if they showed me.

My husband was interviewed and will appear.

Moral of this story was that I now never leave the house, even if it''s just to run to the local Quik Check without fixing my face and hair.

Amber-that is too funny!!! Exactly the reason I won''t go out with make-up. That and seeing an old boyfriend around town. Don''t know why that would bother me
though because most of them are bald now! (not that that is a bad thing)

I think DF just wants to know all the woman secrets. He asks far to many questions. I want to know-does he have a wife or SO. He is far to curious, I think.

Amber St. Clare - wow! out of all the times to be caught without your hair done and makeup! your story makes me re-think about my "running to the grocery store" routine.

btw, i LOVE that show and i can''t wait to see this segment!

Only time I wear it usually is for a night out or when I have to leave the house for meetings. I''m now however doing Obagi Nuderm and it makes makeup a little hard to actually stick to my skin. (I''m not really peeling thankfully but I have a lot of very smooth new skin that makeup ain''t too happy with)

I rarely wear makeup, but I''m a SAHM. When I worked outside the home, I''d usually wear a little- at least powder and mascara. Now, if I wear any, it''s concealer and mascara. For very special occasions, I''ll add some bare minerals ''foundation'' (powder) and eyeshadow.
