He looks like he''s having a blast. A good friend of mine had a cat that loved water. She could never leave dishes soaking in the sink because her cat would jump in and splash all of the kitchen

Yes, it''s a trait of the breed. Our Savannah loves to play in the water. She comes running when she hears the bathtub filling up. I think I also remember seeing a photo of CrookedRock''s Savannah on a raft in the pool (if I''m remembering correctly).

My Mom''s cat, Jake, absolutely INSISTS that Mom has to sit a glass of water in the (dry) bathtub for him every morning. He hops into the tub and drinks water out of the glass. (Actually, I think she uses a plastic cup so he can''t break it by accident.) He gets royally peeved if his glass of tub-water is late. True story!

My Mom''s cat, Jake, absolutely INSISTS that Mom has to sit a glass of water in the (dry) bathtub for him every morning. He hops into the tub and drinks water out of the glass. (Actually, I think she uses a plastic cup so he can''t break it by accident.) He gets royally peeved if his glass of tub-water is late. True story!

LOL! Cats rule the house, no doubt about it. Juba also demanded to have a blow dry after his soak in the tub. He pawed & chirped at the drawer where I keep the blow dryer until I caved in just to keep him quiet. He loves a brisk blow dry...and he also likes to be vacuumed with the attachment I use on delicate fabrics. Crazy cat

ROFLMAO!!! That''s our dog, Biko! He LOVES the blow dryer. LOVES. IT. He''ll stand in the middle of our (tiny) bathroom while I''m blow drying my hair and give me this pleading look until I aim it at him for a minute . . . then he gives me this big grin! I think he just likes the warmth and the feeling of his ears blowing back! LOL!

I am continually delighted, amazed, humbled by animals'' personalities & intelligence. We have Juba, who will try anything once; Taji (who I''ve nicknamed Taji the Terrified) who swoons at everything -- shadows, strange & familiar sounds. When I come home from work every day he runs away because he''s not sure he knows me. Then there''s Maggie, my 16-yr old diva, who believes nothing in this world is worthy of her attention. They can drive me bonkers at times, but I love every minute.
