jewlery insurance in Canada

I have been trying to read online if Chubb will cover in Canada bc we just added my ring to our home insurance. They are charging us $239 for just my e-ring, seems high to me?? any ideas??

I don''t know if chubb covers in Canada; however, my e-ring is insured as well and it costs us about $220/year. I don''t think it is a lot for peace of mind.

thanks for the reply. I agree, i just wondered if I could get the same coverage cheaper.... I need to find out what the particulars are with this policy anyway, as far as how they handle loss, theft, etc. We just added it to the policy so I don''t know yet.
If you can believe it, I was dumb enough to wear it for 3 yrs, uninsured!
