Hi ,

if you inquired about a piece of jewelry from several PS vendors ,then went ahead and bought it from one of them .but the other vendors keep emailing you and asking you what did you decide ? what would you reply ? especially since you plan on doing other projects with those vendors ? do you just tell them straightforward with which vendor you went ? Thanks in advance for your help .

I would just tell them that I decided to go with someone else. That's what I did told WF when I decided to go with GOG then later decided to go with JA. No hard feelings I still have really good relationship with them

Good advice above. You of course should reply so they know you've made a decision. If you were selling something, you'd want to be advised.

I would not tell them which vendor I went with, I'd only let them know I was moving forward with the project using another vendor that better fit my needs.

I also wouldn't mention the vendor, but I would just say I decided on something else. Thank them and tell them you'll be in touch the next time!

Just say that you enjoyed talking to them and look forward to doing business with them in the future, but for the current project you felt another path was a better fit.
