Ok a friend said it was hard to sit through the video and I understand... but for the bling eye candy I thought it was worth it... anyway here are some screen shots of the collection... I think my eyes popped out when the sapphire ring appeared
Ok and my heart attack moment when the sapphire ring appeared...
And finally close up view of that ring on her finger...
And that stunning necklace again...
more Cartier stuff
Oh I wish her video focused a bit more on the details of her deadly bling!
I dont know what it says about me that I wish she skipped all the branded stuff to focus on the big rocks and that killer diamond necklace - though I would kill for a proper cataloguing of her collection!
She can grow strawberries in the tropical heat of Singapore......love her collection of bling. And the strawberries and blue pea flowers. You can find her on Instagram.
She’s a Singapore socialite and ‘influencer’. I think she can be a character in “Crazy Rich Asians”. Her wardrobe is jaw dropping. She has one of the largest Hermes bag collections in the world...
Her videos in general are addictive. Can’t stop watching them now that I’ve seen this one in hopes of catching a glimpse of some of her amazing bling and other things - she has this video where she is wearing this STUNNING LV winter coat and I want it with all my heart and soul but it unfortunately costs more than a car
So I am not in her position lol (how I wish) but having now stalked her YT and Instagram I get the feeling she is the kind of person who still enjoys and adores whatever she has, and there are things that she doesn’t buy because she considers them “too expensive” or “not classic enough”. In one of her videos she pulled out this gorgeous Versace jacket that she had apparently owned since she was 17 and still wore like 30 years later. So I think she’s the rare person who can buy the moon who also appreciates the moon, if you know what I mean. She also likes to collect rarities so I’m pretty sure there’s still a thrill in the chase even if there’s no real barrier of affordability.
I feel like a super rich person who just buys luxury brands because they want to look expensive and don’t truly love or care about it are probably just bored of it, as in, there’s no real pleasure when it’s so detached. And I think it can be harder when you can buy ten more of everything to truly feel joy in what you have or relish the challenge of hunting down something unique when the short dopamine hit of quick and mindless consumption is so easy for you. But if you’re a connoisseur or a collector I think things will always spark joy because it’s your hobby - you just have a veryyyy healthy budget to indulge. Setting some sort of spending limit or rules probably helps you enjoy more though - can’t love what you have until you’ve experienced not having!
I love her Instagram page. She comes across as funny and smart and enjoys life to the fullest. I wish she would show her rubies. All harmless light- hearted fun to make anyone (well, me anyway) smile.
I found her the other day for the first time when I did a search for VCA on YouTube, as I do regularly. Her closet looks like a Hermes boutique! She obviously has millions of dollars of items in that closet! Her jewels are amazing. Crazy Rich Asians was exactly what I thought of when I watched it! I had no problem understanding her. Jewelry is a universal language!
I quite like that she talks about necklaces and bracelets from Asos being some of her favorites, but most of her collection does nothing for me. Those emerald and sapphire rings tho.....
I thought the closet tour was quite interesting too. It’s 700 sqft... I mean, some people live in smaller houses than that and it’s only her closet (which looks really really packed)...
