So glad that you ordered the Gracie. It looks lovely on you! Like I said on your previous thread, there is really no other time when you can wear a long white dress. AND this long white dress looks amazing on you!!!

Save your original dress to wear to parties/other weddings, ect. You can def. get a ton of use out of it.

Definitely the J. CREW One! It''s very flattering on you and looks bridal in a cool, casual kind of way. I think the lavender one can always be worn for any other occasion.

Oh my gosh! You guys have been incredibly kind in your comments of my pictures! I''m sitting here blushing! I''ve been feeling crappy all day and had to leave work early to go to the doctor (trying to fight off an incredibly sore throat before going on vacation to Maine this weekend), so you''ve all made my day!

I think I am 95% sure that I will be wearing the J.Crew Gracie gown. It''ll take me a few more days only because I have been living with the other dress (and the idea of it) for nearly six months now.

I was as shocked as everyone that the Gracie fit so well. I ordered two sizes from J.Crew, one in regular and one in petite. I called the wedding specialists to get the measurements of the dresses just to be sure since their wedding/celebration dresses fit differently than their normal dresses, and the petite fits perfectly. I don''t think I even need to do anything with it -- just some nice undergarments and a pressing before the day.
