Is this semi-formal?

My DH''s squadron is having a semi-formal Christmas party this Saturday and we just found out, so I rushed to pull together an outfit. Is this considered semi-formal?



With these shoes (in sand):

I already own the shoes, and the color is dead on in real life.

What do you think? Also, what kind of jewerly shall I wear?

Molly, yes it is def, semi formal to me. I would wearbig hoops or chandeliers and a bracelet...no necklace...
