I think the entire situation sounds tragic. I know nothing more of the situation than what you posted, but from what you posted it doesn''t sound as if there was any intent to kill. It sounds as if someone threw a punch in anger. A boy near here recently died of an injury he incurred during a school wrestling match. Sometimes one punch (or one twist) can do far more than the person throwing it meant to do. I am very sorry for the victim and his daughter, but also for the man who threw the punch.
