Is that a frog in your throat?

A man says he choked on his Pepsi.
He and his wife said that a dark goo was in the bottom of the can, see pic below.
They reported it to the poison control center.
The FDA took it and tested it.

FDA lab determined it was a frog or a toad.

I wonder if this will turn out to be faked for the settlement money.
Remember that finger in the chili from, I think, Carl's Jr.! ?
That was faked and the woman but busted for it.

I wonder how people have the the galls to really go public and "fake" a case like this for $$$, integrity must not be their strong suit, but I must apologize beforehand if it is in fact true.
