Is Canada International for shipping?

I'm frustrated. Sooooo many sellers on DB don't want to delivery to Canada.

I don't understand why. It's right next door from USA sellers!

If someone could explain to me it could be appreciate.

It is International, yes. I don't get it either, I have valuable articles shipped up from the US to Canada regularly, antiques, fine art, and it's never an issue using USPS (just avoid UPS, they charge brokerage fees) but some people refuse to ship here, I don't know why...

I think that it is because if something goes wrong, it gets a lot more difficult to solve. Some people are also intimidated by international customs.
