Wedding Introducing myself- getting out of my shell

Hi everyone!

Wanted to introduce myself since I will probaly be on here more than spending time with the fiance! This forum is great for brides to plan and share ideas. I found this site months ago while doing research on the e-ring. Its a beautiful 1.75 princess F,Vs1! Pics to come since I know you ladies LOVE your pics.

I am planning a wedding hopefully for May 5, 2009. I might be the most indecsive person- can''t seem to decide on anything at the moment. Colors might be pink, platinum and white...or maybe green with same accent colors. Looking into several boutique hotels in Houston, Texas-Hotel Icon or The Alden. Please chim in with ideas or suggestions. I have not yet started to look at dresses-maybe closer to the date.

Fiance is an Oil and gas analyst and I am in retail management. We are self-proclaim foodies and enjoy some good eatting.

Your ring sounds beautiful. I hope you will post a topic in Show Me The Ring to let us all see and admire it!

I hope you share more about your planning with us as you go along. Your colors schemes sound really pretty. Mine are red, purple, and pink in various shades, and the pinks are my favourite [my e-ring is pink!

] and I bet you will have fun picking them out if you go the pink route. Green can also be SO beautiful. I think there are some brides here who have used it as a color, so maybe they will chime in!
