We have received many reports or questions over the past few months through either the report concern system or the contact us form without valid emails.
We cannot respond to your question or concern if you do not have an accurate email address on file with us. This is also how we contact you if we have a question or need to inform you of anything, including PS gifts! It is very important for us to have a valid email.
If you never receive answers to your inquiries it is likely that the email in your profile is incorrect or we are not on your approved email list and your spam filter filters our emails.
Please take a moment to go to "my pages" then "my account" on the right size of your screen and check that your email is up to date.
In the future, accounts without valid email addresses will be temporarily suspended until that PSer contacts us with a new email address.
