Wedding I''m already married, but I have finally found my dream dress!

My own fault for continuing to look at gowns even though I loved the dress I got married in, wouldn''t trade it, got the best deal ever on it... but I just found another dress by the same designer & the seller is doing "summer clearance" and the price slashed by half...and it was already over 50% off the original retail. It''s still really expensive & not practical.

I''m so tempted just to get my husband''s permission to buy it "just because" and maybe in a year or so when I can actually fit it (I''d have to lose about 20lbs) hire a photographer, make the hubbie rent a tux, and do formal portraits that we didn''t do when we got married.

Or.. hang onto it until we have a kid & he/she is old enough to be in formal attire & do a small vow renewal ceremony & then wear the pretty dress?

heh. Or do I just continue to watch it until it sells?

What dress are you talking about? Can you link us to it? I would love to see it. As far as you buying it with plans to lose weight and re-take pictures in it.. I''m not so sure silly! You''re already married!! Hehehe.. I completely understand you falling in love with another dress though. I have no room to talk, I already have my deposit down on a Maggie Sottero Irina and I am having second thoughts and continuing to look online at dresses. I think I ordered mine without shopping around enough. Everyone says I will look beautiful and it will be perfect, but I don''t know if its what I want anymore.

Ditto! I think if you want it and didn''t have formal pics taken to GO FOR IT! If you can afford it of course! Maybe you could have a renewal of vows as well, so that way EVERYONE can see your dream dress!
