So, it looks like one of BF''s cousins will be getting engaged in the next 6 months. (On a completely adorable note, this came out at a family men''s weekend, and they all gave advice on diamonds!)

Of course, BF offered my services to the cousin, though I doubt he''ll contact me. Anyways, the guys apparently told him he needed to check the Rapaport Report. I, of course, had to google it to make sure that he''d be getting quality information. And what''s the third hit on Google?

"How To Use Rapaport Diamond Report and Rapnet - Pricescope Diamond ..."

So hopefully we''ll be hearing from him soon. And if not, I''m going to have BF mention PS to him.

Am I the only one that will go out of my way to make sure other people find PS?

Well, not totally. I did send my sister a few threads when she was picking out her ring (WF diamond GreenLake setting

) and I sent my mom Ellen''s thread (about caring for the elderly) but in my heart I hope they DON''T become members b/c I vent a lot here and would never want to offend my family.

Ah, see...I give it out to BF''s family. My family isn''t really interested. And most of them don''t know enough about me to recognize me. But I definitely get wanting to keep it for your very own.

The first thing my sister said when I e-mailed her "MAChick''s" thread was "wait, what''s your name!?! I see *my* niece!!!" haha! I could easily be figured out by those who know me. Maybe I should have a back-up name

Yeah, I guess my photo of Lola is slightly more identifying than my old "Yay diamonds" avatar. But the majority of my family wouldn''t recognize me on the street, so I''m not terribly worried about them finding me in the vastness that is PS.
