iLander - Another Plea for Help!

I've always been amazed by your abilities - and now I find myself needing them! Would you take a moment to see if you 'see' my lost favorite necklace? THANK YOU!!!

It's a sterling silver Tiffany Bean necklace in a custom length (17"). It's been missing for a month or two now. My daughter got ahold of some of my jewelry and I thought we'd recovered everything, only to discover my very favorite piece missing! Can't be positive it was her or not, but that's my guess. As to where she might have put it if it was her, well, I certainly haven't been able to figure it out!

I keep coming up with a sink, but surely you would have found it by now, if it was near a sink? Do you have a far away sink?

And then I see hot pink and brown (fur?).

Does any of that mean anything to you?

Ok - that brought forth two strong possibilities, but so far nothing. We have a toy kitchenette (sink) with stuffed animals and dress-up clothes nearby. Lots of brown and hot pink and fur in that mix! But no necklace. I also hang my purses on a purse hanger that is brown with hot pink polka dots - in the closet right next to a bathroom. Many of my purses have hot pink lining, and she was playing with them at the same time as she got into my jewelry. I went through every pocket of every purse, nothing. I thought for sure it would be there after I read your post!!

I'll keep poking around those areas tomorrow, and keep hoping these clues will add up to another possibility!

Okay, that was weird. I saw a small sink, but I thought it was small because it was far away, not because it was physically small! How odd! I also thought your DD was a teenager, so the small sink made even less sense.

Okay, I keep seeing brown fur. Light brown, tan, not dark brown. A guess; Is it on a stuffed animal or in it's clothes? Now a baby blue color. Sometimes I think I see where these things were, and then we have to chase them down to where they are.

I know you still have it, but it's just so tiny! Ugh, it's frustrating.

Oh, I'm so happy to hear that it's still with me! These new clues are great, I will redirect my focus a little! I also tried jogging her memory, with no luck.

OH HAPPY DAY!!! I just found it - in the zippered pocket of a(n orange) purse I had put downstairs to clean & condition. It was in a room next to the kitchen (sink?) and the lining is multi-colored stripes with some being baby blue and hot pink. I thought there was a chance I had taken it off and put it somewhere secure, then forgot about it (which is what happened, I remember now) - but it must have been around the same time my DD got into my jewelry and purses because I really thought it had to have been her!

I am so, so happy to have it back! Man, it's the little things that mean the most sometimes.
