These are so fun to read! I just realized I didn''t answer the question myself (how very DF of me

). I would buy DH a plane ticket to a college football game he would like to go to, and I''d take him out to a super-fancy steakhouse dinner for his birthday. The rest would be spent on a new camera for me.

I''d all the stuff that''s on my CC that has yet to be paid for.
39.gif

The platinum, diamond and sapphire briolette necklace on Erica Grace''s site... I''ve been coveting it for AGES. And they''ve dropped the price so now I''d have money left over for shoes!

One year worth of house cleaning service.

hehe I already know what I would do with it; upgrade my studs to 1.50 carat total weight.

eta: ops I would have to add $2k to that for the 1.5

I''d buy DH the skeleton that he''s been wanting for his studio. (He''s a muscle specialist, and this one apparently has special things attached to it that his other one doesn''t have. They all look the same to me.)

1. Shun Knives Hubby''s been wanting.
2. Movado watch Hubby''s been wanting.
3. Weekend trip to Vegas for the two of us (lots of deals out there now).
4. Nicest medium blue sapphire I could afford (Neatfreak''s sapphire color).
5. A home for Lucy.

Oh this is the BEST idea! All my thoughts of things to buy just went out the window.

A Chaiken diaper bag in plum ($550), a kimono wrap dress from Isabella Oliver ($240), and $200 left over for splurges on other preggo-related things ... if I was being practical, a winter coat, I guess.

Isn''t it purty? I drool, I drool! And, just to be an enabler, their stuff seems clingy and expandable ... it would probably fit even a slim figure and just streeeeeeeeeetch later on.

Of course, this is how I''m trying to justify it ....

I would give it to Linda W for reaching her 10,000 posts!

Clothes, I love and need more clothes

I''d put it towards a new roof. We got quotes this week and it''s a lot higher than I thought it was going to be

A new mattress! Or maybe some colored gemstones.

OEC or OMC, probably...as big as I could get for $1k. I''d buy the setting later.

Um, CKrickett? They have a non-maternity line ....

... and it contains the Best Dress
EVAH.

Just going my part for temptation.

A nice diamond toe ring.

Unless I give in to my more ''practical" side, in which case I'd be trolling ebay for a nice omc or oec.

Put it towards my rings fund..or be thoughtful and give it to husband for the gunshop.

*flashing red lights* That is NOT a frivolous expenditure, mrs. HH! I was going to say new tires but that''s not a frivolous expenditure either! It''s hard for me to come up with something!!! Frusterating, indeed!

I think, if I were just PRESSED, that I would spend $1k on something diamond-y for one of my fingers. I have no specifics, but it''d be something I could stare at whenever I wanted and feel no guilt about.
