Are you a cat

Meaow.

Noooo, it has to be a bowl! It slides around way too much on a plate. I'd rather not be able to lick the bowl than have it slide all over.

Oh, but it's best when it gets soft and slidey.

I put mine in a bowl and leave it sit out until it''s melted. Or stick it in the microwave to melt it. I like it like a shake.

I did this alllllll the time when I was a kid! Now I like it really cold and frozen solid for some reason. Total reversal.

I stir it till it has the consistency of soft serve.
A bowl is essential.
My cat prefers the plate.

Perfect solution...no plate...no bowl...waffle cone!

I buy the mini Haagen Daz containers.. Just enough for one serving... Limits the cals, always a good thing.

But to answer, Ice Cream should always be served in a bowl!!!!

Got to be in a cone for me! That way you dont get a dish dirty and it limits the amount of ice cream you can have.
I only fill the cone till its level with the top of the cone - keeps me from eating too much

. My DH on the other hand
eats straight out of the container and eats way too much

Straight from the tub! No dirty dishes that way.

No bowl, I leave B & J single serving on the counter for 3 minutes then

haha...i used to do this when i was younger! i would spin it until it would slosh over the side of the bowl...and then lick the side of the bowl like a cone. my mom was not too pleased.

now, i just like it in a bowl, frozen.

kenny, it sounds like you need a shallower bowl with a wider brim.

You have def lost it this time. It makes no sense for it to be on a plate, because when it melts and gets all thin you need to be able to tilt the bowl and gather with the spoon. Or drink it. On a plate all you have is a puddle.

Would you eat cereal on a plate?!?

ditto on liking it as a shake... whether its leaving it out (if I have the patience) or microwaving it for 5-8 seconds.. YUM! This makes me HUNGRY!!!
