Wedding i think i have a dress.

yup, two months to spare until i get married and i found my dress online last week. it was shipped in five days and i don''t think it needs altering at all. i''m not so big up top and not wearing a bra in the pics, so just pretend it is filled out a bit better. there will be 12 people at the wedding and it is somewhat informal.

please ignore the bike in the living room. thankfully our new house has a huge garage and about 1200 more square feet of living space. september can''t arrive soon enough.

haven...i''ll have to look for her dress!! and yes, that splotchy mess is a tattoo. what looks like a horrible mess in that photo is actually three russian dolls my grandparents gave me surrounded by poppies and lilies. i swear it''s not ugly as it seems there. some stranger took a picture of it once, but aside from that i don''t think i have another picture of it. maybe i''ll get one taken at the wedding.

sidenote for the curious, the dress cost me $237. not bad for a vera wang dress, right??

thanks to everyone for the comments. now i start the hunt for accessories. the shoes have been taken care of.
yesterday i discovered that the dress has pockets!! pretty cool since there will be no ring bearer. now i have a place to keep a wedding band. excellent!!

the leaning pug is my 8-year-old named twinkie. she is probably wondering why the camera isn''t on her for once.
