Home I put in a back up offer on a house...anyone have any PS dust?!

Well, the best house I've found was already under contract (

), but my fiance and I put in a back up offer on the house anyways and it was accepted. (They still haven't done inspections or anything, so it could fall through!)

So please keep your fingers crossed and feel free to send me PS dust that somehow the other people won't like the house anymore or something!

I know, I know, not likely, but you never know!

I figure if it's meant to be, it will happen, and if not, I'll find something else! I'll try to find some pictures of the house to show you, although it might depress me if I look at them too much!

ETA: Nevermind, I didn't save pics of the house on my computer and the listing's gone now...

I love looking at houses as well! So fun... we *almost* bought a house this year but with the wedding coming up we held off (CA housing prices suck!).
