i-phone app for Christmas shopping lists?

I buy Christmas gifts for lots of family members and friends and am looking for a way to organize my list on my i-phone. In the past I have worked from an excel spreadsheet or simple word doc on my computer which contains each persons'' name, gift ideas, gifts actually purchased and cost of each. I print out an updated version once a week or so and carry it with me.

It occurs to me that it would be very convenient to have this on my i-phone and to be able to check it and update it as I shop. Any ideas?

I use the Grocery Gadget app for all my shopping lists (not just groceries)..it was only like $5 and it's great. You can make different lists and title them something different..so you could separate them by stores, person, etc. If you put in the tax and prices it even adds up how much $$ you will be spending at checkout. Can even add pics to recurring items!

I use Gift Planner (the free one). I noticed there is also one called Holiday Budget Planner.
