We had a young lady in today who tried on some rings and remarked about a rubbed in or BEZEL set diamond.
She commented:

"I hate those embezzeled diamonds"

It is cute that many diamonds have been pre owned and you can not tell.
They have that in common with money and shares etc
Which can and often are involved in embezzling
