i got a job!

hey everyone,

i posted a few weeks ago on advice for job hunting, and just wanted to share that i have landed a great position! today was my first day and it went well, everyone was SO nice and helpful and I think its gonna be a great career move for me. wouldnt you know when it rains it pours, i had no luck for 2 months, then in one weekend I had 5 offers!

as you may recall, i moved to NoVa in December. DH and I have been renting from a friend for two months. finally, now that we know where i will be working, we can get a place of our own and start our married life (and finally unpack and start using our wedding gifts, WOO! cant wait to use that darn juicer...

my job is pretty far from the district, and DH works pretty close, so we will probably live halfway, like in woodbridge or dumfries!

im really starting to like the DC/NoVa area!

We always joke around that 'rat needs to eat' and Greg says I should tell my clients sob stories about my 'poor little hungry dog' in hopes maybe they buy more...not a sales tactic I am interested in but it's funny.

LOL! I was starting to get concerned about how I was going to feed her that 89 cents a pack Cesar puppy food. It is the grossest looking and smelling dog food but she is addicted! our "rat" definitely likes to eat! LOL!
